Heavy-duty railcars
A mains-powered railcar is a great means of transporting loads. The car can be controlled either by radio remote control or by wired push-button control.
Thanks to magnets that activate the induction sensors when the end position is reached, stopping in these end positions is ensured.
The cars are fitted with a mushroom STOP button for immediate stopping if a collision is imminent.
The power supply to the car is provided by a spring cable drum placed in a groove in the track.
Our company manufactures the cars to order, i.e. according to specific customer requirements.
Specifications:
The frame is made mainly of beams and steel plates, assembled by continuous electric arc welding.
The entire welding process is controlled according to ISO 3834-2, and is carried out only by certified welders according to certified welding procedures.
The resulting structure is designed to withstand bending and torsional stresses.
