Frame traverses
Frame traverses are used for transporting loads with multi-stage suspension. They are used in cases where it is necessary to ensure that the chain bonder on which the load is suspended leads to the suspension of the load vertically downwards.
The traverse consists of three basic elements - supporting profiles in the shape of a rectangle or a square, an upper hinge for hanging on a crane hook and lower hinges for hanging a load.
The construction of the upper hinge corresponds to the hook of the crane on which the lifting beam will be suspended. The upper hinge can also be adapted for hanging on several types of hooks. In the case of larger crane girders, it is recommended to increase the stability of the girder suspension on a four-strand chain link.
The lower hinges can also take several forms: eg. a fixed hinge with a pivoting hook, a fixed hinge with a swivel hook, side welding hooks, ets. The lower hinges are located on the supporting proflies of the cross member.
Lifting frames are manufactured according to customer's requirements. The crane frame can be supplied with a stand.
