Cross crane beams are used to transport loads with four-point suspension. They are used in cases where it is necessary to ensure that the chain bonder on which the load is suspended leads to the suspension of the load vertically downwards. One of the most commonly used types are the traverses for transporting big-bags.
The crane cross beam consists of three basic elements - two supporting cross beam profiles, which have the shape of a cross, an upper hinge for hanging on the crane hook and lower hinges for hanging the load.
The construction of the upper hinge corresponds to the hook of the crane on which the crossbeam will be suspended. The upper hinge can also be adapted for hanging on several types of hooks. Bottom hinges can also take several forms: eg. fixed hinge with swivel hook, fixed hinge with swivel hook, hinge for textile eyes, etc.
