Column Crane – Movement in Three Directions
A column-mounted slewing crane enables precise load handling with three fundamental movements:
1️⃣ Vertical load movement – Suspension on a DMK chain hoist or DRH wire rope hoist with two-speed lifting for smoother operation.
2️⃣ Horizontal movement along the crane arm – Using a hoist trolley, available with manual or electric drive.
3️⃣ Crane arm rotation – Either manually or electrically, with an option for a mechanical rotation stop to prevent collisions with surrounding objects.
Jib Crane – A Cost-Effective Alternative
If the building structure allows, we offer wall-mounted jib cranes that attach to existing reinforced concrete columns. This type of crane provides a more affordable solution while maintaining effective load handling.
Mobile Column Cranes
For maximum flexibility, we also offer mobile column cranes, which can be easily relocated as needed for your operations.
